The INPEX Group organized the KAIZEN Workshop in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on June 15, 2015 in collaboration with Japan Cooperation Center for the Middle East.

The workshop introduced KAIZEN, a Japanese bottom-up business management model that improves organizational productivity through operational streamlining, to over 100 employees of Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Petroleum Operations Limited (ADCO).

Dr. Seiichi Fujita, a former Waseda University Graduate School professor, provided an overview of KAIZEN and presented several case studies in which the model was applied, captivating the audience and instilling a profound interest in Japanese business management culture and protocol as well as cultural perspectives.
