INPEX CORPORATION(INPEX) was selected for inclusion in the iSTOXX MUTB Japan Platinum Career 150 Index, which tracks the performance of 150 Japanese companies that actively contribute to employee career development.

The iSTOXX MUTB Japan Platinum Career 150 Index was jointly developed by Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation and STOXX, an index provider affiliated with Deutsche Borse. The index tracks and evaluates 150 companies that are active in helping their employees develop their careers from the perspectives of "long-term perspective," "autonomous learning," and "contribution to society" as described below.

Long-term perspective: Measures and environments to provide employees with a variety of work styles, etc.

Autonomous learning: Measures to help employees acquire various qualifications and develop their careers, etc.

Contribution to society: Measures to promote employee volunteer activities and corporate participation in various social empowerment initiatives, etc.
